Farmer’s Walk

You all know by now that I am a huge fan of the farmer’s walk; it is hard to beat when it comes to building shoulder, back, leg, and grip strength in a way that is so useful to those of us in the fire service that I consider it sport specific training.

    I couldn’t agree more! Hands down my favorite exercise to incorporate into a workout. And nothing is more applicable to what we do.
