Movement Prep, e.g., warm up

Check out THIS page from Athletic Performance, some of you will recognize a few of the movements.  A great way to start your workout is with a few minutes of jogging or jumping rope just to get your blood flowing and then work through this complex starting at the top. One thing lacking is a shoulder mobility piece so if you are planning on O-lifting or pressing I would be sure to add in plenty (10-15) of light reps before you go big.
